2007 FUNDED RESEARCH PROJECT!!!
100% of the 2007 fundraising campaign proceeds (approximately $70,000) has gone to funding the project “Effects of Miniaturized, Bloodless Circuits on the Systemic Inflammatory Response in Neonatal Cardiopulmonary Bypass” (Principle Investigator – Ross M. Ungerleider, MD; Oregon Health & Science University).  This revolutionary research project is one that might have been overlooked or not have had the monies to continue its development so that eventually it may qualify for more substantial funding from entities such as the National Institute of Health (NIH). Without your help and support we would not have been able to fund this project!  To read more about Dr. Ungerleider’s project click here.
