Medical Advisory Board

Saving tiny Hearts is honored to have a Medical Advisory Board (MAB) comprised of an elite group of world-renown Cardiothoracic Surgeons, Reseachers and Cardiologists.  The MAB vets and determines which research projects the Saving tiny Hearts Society will fund. With the help of our MAB we can assure you that the Saving tiny Hearts Society will fund the most promising research of America’s #1 birth defect!

Record Number of Grant Applications Received!

Saving tiny Hearts Society has received 60 grant requests from the US and as far as Israel, Nigeria, Canada, Greece and more! In response to the incredible demand for funds to complete lifesaving research, we are implementing the POWER OF TEN program. A $50,000 grant funds a single program. Help us fund TEN projects as we approach our 10th anniversary!

Project Funding

The Saving tiny Hearts Society’s mission is to raise seed money for grossly under-funded, lifesaving grass roots research of congenital heart defects (CHD's). This seed funding acts as a bridge for this research to millions of dollars of extramural funding from the National Institute of Health (NIH) or other outside funding. CHD's are the #1 birth defect worldwide affecting over 1,000,000 babies every year!
